I accidentally deleted the public_html folder (or a file). How do I retrieve all of my files?




There is no undelete option. You will need to restore this folder from your backups. You can use the Backups function in cPanel to restore a home directory backup, or you can contact us at support@singaporewebhosting.sg to assist you in restoring your backups.

If you do not have valid backups, you will probably be unable to restore your information.
